Really busy just before Christmas and the new layout is lovely but not uet intuitive for regulars. However the staff were great and the whole shopping experience was good humoured and almost fun.

Called in for milk. Needed to use both male and female toilets first. Absolutely disgusting, both of them. No milk at all, most freezers empty and the store was dirty. Didn't want to touch anything so went elsewhere.
This is one of the better stocked Tesco I have been. Tesco also have managed to keep the cost of food to a reasonable level. There is a wide range of food, home, snacks and others. Service staff is friendly. There is plenty of car park lots.
Stopped here to do some shopping with my disabled wife, and because she can't rush and really needs to take her time we overstayed our parking time. Today I received a £40 parking fine because my disabled wife can't rush. Will never use a tesco store again as I thought discrimination is out dated like tecos.
It's a Tesco in a holiday town, you turn up after 6pm on a weekend it will be short stocked ? considering change over in season is normally on a saturday ? bank holiday weekend shelves are bare ?? the same as Aldi and Lidl you can all stay at home ? make it easier for me to shop,

Ah Tesco fuel station. Tried using pump 1. Pump spewed unleaded all over floor from behind the lockable hatch. Tesco's gave me a £5 gift card. Showed them photographs of the problem. I put cones in front of the pump and showed staff where the pump was leaking. Didn't refuel car properly in the end. Took van back later and card reader on Pump 5 wasn't working. Gave up refuelling at Tesco. Wasted so much time in unproductive labour. Otherwise great staff. Just need to address maintenance issues.
Turned up to the patrol station 10 mins before closing time for some air as I had a puncture. Cones were already out and when I asked the manager if I could have access to the air machine he refused me access due to ‘legal issues’. No consideration for the fact I was in a desperate situation late at night. Poor.
Petrol pump issues, with the card reader not working. Car in pump next to me had same issue and none of them were cordoned off. Manager just nodded he knew of issue and was not going to do anything about it apart from blame maintenance for not fixing it. Very productive attitude! Great business for the shell garage at the top of the highstreet.
